Kitchen Renovation in Keysborough

This Keysborough kitchen renovation was designed and delivered for a private client, with a brief to create a grand, classic kitchen that could hold its own against the scale of the home.

The cabinetry is crafted in a traditional shaker profile throughout, finished in a crisp white that runs seamlessly from floor to ceiling. Upper cabinets feature glass-fronted doors, adding visual depth and a touch of elegance, while integrated appliances and considered storage solutions are neatly incorporated into the surrounding joinery.

The centrepiece is a substantial island bench clad in Calacatta-style stone — its soft white and grey veining carried through to the perimeter benchtops, tying the space together. The island base features classic panelled detailing with a stepped cornice at the base, giving it the presence of a piece of furniture rather than a standard kitchen unit. A mirror splashback runs the full length of the cooking zone, bouncing light through the space and enhancing the sense of openness.

Set against polished concrete floors and high ceilings, the result is a kitchen that is both architecturally considered and built to an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.
